Provider maintains technical and organisational measures in Schedule 2.

5. Sub‑processors

Provider may appoint sub‑processors with Client consent and will impose same obligations.

6. Data Subject Rights

Provider will assist Client in responding to data subject requests within reasonable timeframe.

7. International Transfers

Transfers outside originating jurisdiction shall rely on approved safeguards.

8. Return or Deletion

Upon termination, Provider will return or delete personal data within ___________ days.
