AFFILIATE / REFERRAL AGREEMENT

2. Referral Activities

Affiliate will promote Provider’s services using approved assets.

3. Commission

4. Payment Terms

5. Trademark License

Provider grants a limited license to use its trademarks for promotion.

6. Prohibited Conduct
